Mary’s husband Seamus, daughter Elizabeth, sons James & Thomas & all her family wish to extend their heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy & support they received at the time of Mary’s sad passing & during the weeks since.
Special thanks to those who visited the funeral home, attended Mary’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent floral tributes, Mass cards, letters & online messages of condolence & especially those who travelled from all around Ireland & from the U.K. to be with us.
A very special thank you to our wonderful neighbours, colleagues, dear friends & fellow scouts for your continued kindness & support.
Thank you to Dr. Foster & the team at Harbour Road Surgery for their great care & to the management & staff of Adrian Dunne Pharmacy.
Our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Pádraig Ó’Cochláin for his years of friendship, comforting prayers & lovely funeral Mass, to Fr David Brough for his committal service & to Geraldine Delaney & Bridget Kenny for such beautiful music.
Thank you also to Joe O’Toole & R.S.S. for tending to the grave, to the management & staff of The Old Ship for their hospitality & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thanks everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Mary’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 2nd October at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the parish webcam;
