We, the family of the late Mary Cusack, would like to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to all who sympathised with us on the recent loss of our beloved Mam, Nana and sister.
A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Woodlands, James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown for the loving care and compassion shown to Mam. A special thank you to Mary’s carers, Ger and Bapa, for their care and friendship to Mam at home.
Thank you to everyone who attended the reposal and funeral Mass in Dublin. A further thank you to everyone who attended the burial in Doohoma. Thank you to all those who called, phoned, sent Mass cards and left messages of condolence online. A sincere thank you to everyone who travelled long distances to be with us. To our family and friends, thank you for your support and expressions of love for Mary.
In Dublin, thank you to Cunningham’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism and support. We thank Fr. John Gilligan for officiating at Mary’s funeral Mass and Fr. Damian McNeice, Fr. Joe Coyne and Deacon Noel McHugh for their participation in the Mass and prayers. A sincere thank you to everyone who participated in the Mass. And a very special thank you to Mary’s niece Éadaoin and to Aingeal and Mary for providing the beautiful music.
In Doohoma, thank you to Barrett’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism and support. A sincere thank you to Kiltane GAA who provided a guard of honour for Mary, a deeply appreciated gesture. Our sincere gratitude to the grave diggers for preparing Mary’s final resting place. We thank Fr. James Cribbin for officiating at the graveside. And thank you to Barrett’s for their warm hospitality afterwards.
As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a sincere token of our gratitude and appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
