Mary’s children Helen, Eftim, Boris, Ann-Marie, Mark and Claire, together with their families wish to thank most sincerely all those who offered their sympathies and condolences on the passing of their mam. We thank all those who called to our home, attended the funeral Mass and burial, all who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters and floral tributes, to those who travelled long distances to be with us and those who couldn’t be present, but kept us in their thoughts and prayers and joined in the celebration of mam’s funeral Mass via the parish webcam.

A very special word of thanks to Fr. Michael Murphy for celebrating such a lovely funeral Mass, also a sincere thank you to Michael Flood & Trish Kavanagh for the beautiful music.

Thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and staff who cared for Mam during her time in St. Vincent’s University Hospital, St. Colmcille’s, Loughlinstown and Blackrock Clinic. We will always be grateful to the staff at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home and Sheltonville Surgery for their care and kindness.

We will be forever grateful to our very kind relatives, neighbours and friends for all the help and support we received.

Thank you to Helena and all at Hudson's Funeral Directors for the respect, dignity and reverence they afforded mam during this time.  Thank you to Jason & Tom who prepared mam’s final resting place. Our thanks to all at the Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually the holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Mam’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary & Patrick’s Church, Avoca on Sunday 30th March at 11.30 am.
