The family of the late Mary Smyth of Hand Street, Drogheda who passed away suddenly on 27th February would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, mass cards, flowers and condolences on rip.ie, Our sincere thanks to Fr Sweeney for such a lovely mass and to Timmy Regan for the beautiful music. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who came out to show their respect along the route from Mams Home to the Church, we were overwhelmed. Thank you to extended family, friends and neighbours who supported us in person and via the live streamed Mass to pay tribute to our dear Mam. Thank you so much to P. Townley and Sons Funeral directors especially Paula for their guidance and support you are just amazing. Mam will be deeply and sadly missed and will forever be remembered. As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. 

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions, 

Mary’s months mind mass will be held on Saturday 28th March in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 7pm.
