The family of the late Maureen Dillon(neé McGrath) of Lucan, Co. Dublin (and Ratharney, Co. Longford) who died on 24th November 2020, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us following her death.

We would like to thank our kind neighbours, relatives and friends who telephoned, sent messages of condolences and attended her funeral; your kind words, prayers and actions are truly appreciated.

We would like to thank the many people who took such great care of Maureen in her last year, in particular June, and the staff at Peamount Day Hospital. We would also like to acknowledge the dedicated staff of St. James' Hospital who treated Maureen in her final illness and allowed us, her family, to be present with her as she slipped away.

Our thanks too to Fr. Tony Gonoude P.P. Ballynacargy, Co. Westmeath, for receiving Maureen, following her final journey from Dublin, via Longford, in the care of Nicky Murtagh, undertaker, and for all those who took part in the funeral Mass and were present at Sonna Cemetary.
