Michael's wife Josephine, his children, Cathal, Emmet and Ciara, daughters in law, Emma and Louise, his grandchildren and his family, would like to acknowledge the kindness and support shown to us throughout Michael's illness, his funeral and in the weeks since then. We greatly appreciate the many expressions of sympathy we received, your messages, phone calls, mass cards, flowers and the condolences on RIP.ie made our loss more bearable; 

 

Our sincere thanks to Fr. Paul Crosbie and Fr. Joe White for the lovely mass and for the support you gave to Michael and to us during his final days. We thank Rosemary for the beautiful singing and music and family and friends who participated in the ceremony;

 

To the doctors, nurses and support staff of Navan, the Mater, St. Vincent's Hospitals and Trim Medical Centre, we sincerely thank you for the care you gave to Michael in the past and throughout his illness;

 

Our heartfelt thanks to McEvoy's Funeral Directors, Declan, Lisa, and their team for arranging Michael's funeral in such a professional, sensitive and dignified way. The support and guidance you gave to us made Michael's last wishes possible and for this we are sincerely grateful;

 

To our friends, neighbours and local business people, who called to our house, attended the funeral, travelled long distances and came out to pay their respects to Michael on his final journey, we are grateful for the memories you made with Michael and the stories you shared with us;

 

Michael is deeply missed and will always be remembered;
