The family of the late Michael Farrington of Park Road, Kiltimagh, who died on 31st May 2022, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss. 

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends and neighbours who nourished us with never ending supplies of food. Thank you to the wonderful people of Kiltimagh who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. A special thank you and appreciation to those from Irishtown who called to our home and offered their consolences. For those who telephoned, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, made charitable donations, those who travelled long distances, particularly the USA, Spain, Scotland and the UK and from all counties in Ireland to pay their respsects, we are truly grateful.

A sincere thank you to the medical teams that looked after Michael in recent years in the Galway Clinic, his local GP Dr Patricia Keane and those in intensive care in Mayo University Hospital who tended to Michael in his final hours. May you continue to offer hope and guidance to those in your care for many years to come. 

A special word of thanks to our families for the support in catering to the numerous people who visited our home. Thank you to Ollie Burke, Anne Fitzpatrick and Mary McNicholas for their musical talent during Michael's funeral mass. 

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Months Mind Mass for Michael will be held on Saturday, 2nd July, at 7.30pm in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh. All welcome.
