The wife, family, brother and sisters of the late Michael James Burns, who died on March 05, 2022, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. All who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, phone calls, online condolence messages, wreaths and floral tributes. 

We are so grateful to those who joined us at the entrance to his home on his final journey, to those who attended the funeral home, removal, Mass, joined us online and especially those who travelled long distances.

A special thank you to Dr. Hever and the staff at Sligo University Hospital. We thank Fr. McHugh PP for his prayers, kind words and his homily at the funeral Mass. Thank you to Fr. Phair for his presence and help at the funeral. To Niamh O'Driscoll and Rhona Grimes for their beautiful music and singing. To the gravediggers who prepared Michael James' final resting place. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

Michael James' months mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 1st April, at 8pm in The Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange.
