Michael’s wife Mandy, his children Daryn, Amanda Óg, Bobby, Georgie, Lee, Shawn, Ryan & Freyja, parents Michael & Sheila, brothers Pat & John, sister Karol-Ann & all his heartbroken family are eternally grateful for the incredible support & kindness we received & continue to receive throughout this most difficult time.
Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral homes in Tralee & in Arklow, those who attended Michael’s funeral Mass, prayer service & burial service, sent Mass cards, letters & messages of condolence, those who travelled long distances & those who donated generously to Palliative Care via The Kerry Hospice Foundation www.kerryhospice.com.
Thank you to Dr. Paul McKernan for his care throughout the last few months & to the Palliative Care Team who brought such comfort & dignity to Michael’s final days. Thanks also to the kind & helpful staff of Trant’s Pharmacy, Listowel.
Our most heartfelt thanks to our dear friend Fr. Maurice Colgan for his kindness, guidance & for celebrating such a beautiful funeral Mass, to Fr Alan Hilliard for his lovely prayer service & words of comfort & to John Hurley for his wonderful music.
To Michael’s many dear friends, especially those from Team Lagarto, Tralee who carried him along his final journey, we thank you for your years of comradery & wonderful mark of respect.

Masses in memory of Michael will be celebrated on Sunday 14th May at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church, Arklow, Co. Wicklow & on Saturday 20th May at 6.10pm in St. John’s Church, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
