The family of the late Moira Noonan of Tullyvarraga Hill, Shannon who died on 4th June 2025, would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our extended families and all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss.

We greatly appreciate all the callers, phone calls, messages, floral tributes, Mass & sympathy cards, condolences on RIP.ie and those who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who came to show their respect at the removal, funeral, and crematorium some of whom travelled a long distance.

We were touched by the many who had lovely memories and nice things to say about Moira.

A special thank you to McMahon's Undertakers for taking away the burden and responsibility for all the arrangements in the most sensitive and professional manner. A special thank you also to Wolfe Tones G.A.A. and Tea & Tones for their hospitality and Guard of Honor. Thank you to Fr. Tom Whelan and Fr. Michael Geraghty for the beautiful mass and celebration of Moira’s life and to Sally Fox for the beautiful singing and music. Thank you to Dara O’Callaghan and Shannon Crematorium for Moira’s final send off.

Thank you to the staff and all of Moira’s friends at Carrigoran Day Centre where she spent her last day. She always looked forward to and enjoyed her Tuesday out at the Centre.

To our extended families, our neighbours, our colleagues and our friends, your continued support & kindness is much appreciated and will never be forgotten.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. 

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
