The family of the late Monica Pidgeon of Kilmore Drive, Artane, and TLC Carton Nursing Home, Raheny, who died on November 11th 2023, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the extended family members, friends, neighbours and well-wishers who attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, or followed the Mass by webcam, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the 1st floor staff, Section B of TLC Carton, especially Iliona, Johnny and Janis, who made Mam feel so special; to the doctors & nurses of Beaumont Hospital who cared for Mam in her last couple of weeks; to Mam's good friend & neighbour, Mary O'Hanlon, who went above and beyond to do what she could for both mam & Dad before they went into care; all those who participated in the Mass, especially Fr. Roland, Leah the soloist & Deirdre the organist.

To Liza and all the staff of Jenning's Funeral Home for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements. They made a very difficult situation, a lot less stressful with all their help. To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Months Mind Mass for Monica will be held on December 9th at 6pm in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, Kilmore West. All welcome.
