Noel Farrell

 Noel Farrell

Barraderry, Kiltegan, Wicklow

Noel’s wife Mary, daughter Aisling, sons Seán, Padhraig & Fearghal, brother Michael, sister Mona, and our families would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered condolences and provided emotional and practical support at the time of Noel’s sudden and unexpected passing.

For those who telephoned, sent mass cards, letters, text messages, online messages of condolences, attended the wake and funeral, and equally to those who could not be present but kept us in their thoughts and prayers, we are deeply grateful.

Our deepest gratitude extends to our own extended families, colleagues, neighbours, and lifelong friends who travelled from near and far, visited our home, provided refreshments, helped with parking, and assisted in countless ways. Your support and kindness at this difficult time will always be remembered.

To our community and Noel’s wide circle of friends, we offer our esteemed thanks. We were humbled and comforted by the guards of honour provided by Kiltegan GAA, Tom Garahy, John Hourigan, and Pat Smith.

We would like to thank all who participated in the funeral mass, a beautiful tribute to Noel’s busy and remarkable life. Our thanks go to Fr Billy Fulton, Fr John McEvoy PP, Fr Pat O’Brien, and to Lorraine Willoughby for the lovely music in the church. Stephen Murphy's graveside lament was deeply moving, and to the grave diggers, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for your dignified and respectful service.

A special acknowledgement goes to John Halligan Funeral Directors for their professional and empathetic handling of the funeral arrangements.

While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Noel’s 1st Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, February 11th at 9.30am in St Brigid’s Church, Talbotstown.
