Noel McEvoy

 Noel McEvoy

Clogherhead, Louth

The family of the late Noel McEvoy, Callystown Lodge, Clogherhead, who passed away peacefully on January 19th would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathized with us on our sad loss. We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, letters, flowers and condolences on RIP.ie.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Conor O’Shea and the staff at Wheaton Hall Medical Practice; Professor Breathnach and staff in the oncology day ward at the Bon Secours hospital; and Declan and his staff at Corrs Pharmacy in Clogherhead for the wonderful care shown to Noel during his illness.

Thank you to Fr. John McAlinden for his very personal and fitting tribute to Noel, to Fr. McVeigh for all his help and to Fr. Don Kenny for a lovely final goodbye.

The mass was made even more meaningful by the beautiful singing of Tom and Siobhan Maguire.

Many thanks to his carers, Sheila and her wonderful community of nurses, the supportive palliative care team and our friend Agatha.

Thank you to all who joined us in person or via live stream to pay tribute to Noel.

A huge thank you to Funeral Directors P. Townley & Sons, they went above and beyond to ensure all the family’s wishes and needs were met.

Noel will be sadly missed and will always be remembered. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
