The brothers, sister & extended family of the late Olive Canavan wish to express their sincere thanks to the many people who offered sympathy, comfort & support during their recent sad loss.

We thank everyone who turned out in such great numbers to visit our home & to attend Olive’s removal, Funeral Mass & burial, most especially those who travelled such long distances. Thank you also for the beautiful flowers, the many Mass cards & expressions of sympathy & for the kind words and stories you shared with us.

Our heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses & staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital I.C.U. & to Dr. Noeleen Fortune & her team at Maryville Surgery.

Thank you to Fr Brian McKittrick for his prayers, guidance & beautiful funeral Mass & to Bridget Kenny & all of Olive’s wonderful friends in choir for their lovely music.

Thanks to Jason Porter for tending to the grave & to all at Woodenbridge Hotel for their hospitality after the funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

Olive’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 22th September at 11am in St. Mary & Patrick’s Church, Avoca.
