(née Farrelly)

Leitrim Lower, Mullagh, Kells, Meath / Carnaross, Meath

We the family of the late Ollie Daly, who passed away peacefully on the 11th March 2025, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to our extended family, friends, neighbours and to all who offered help, support, sympathy and kindness in our recent sad bereavement.  To all who called to our family home, attended the wake and/or funeral mass, those who sent messages of condolences and mass cards we say thank you. A special word of thanks to the staff at Fairlawns Nursing Home, Bailieborough, especially the nurses, carers and Fr.Ultan who treated Ollie with the utmost respect, dignity and love during her stay with them.

We would like to thank Fr.Joe McEvoy in a special way for his outstanding support shown towards our family during the wake along with his heartfelt and meaningful funeral mass honouring Ollie. Fr Joe’s personal homily and beautiful mass has provided great comfort to the family during this difficult time. Thank you to Fr.Michael Walsh for concelebrating in Ollie's funeral mass and to Annie Galligan for her beautiful singing and music.  Many thanks to Aidan and Damien Clarke from Clarkes Funeral Directors for their compassion, guidance, care and professionalism shown to us at all times.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.

Ollie's months mind mass will take place in the Church of the Assumption Newcastle  on the 12th April at 7pm.
