The family of the late Owen Holmes who passed away on 1 December 2016, wish to thank most sincerely all family, friends, colleagues, former colleagues of Owen at An Post and neighbours who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss, those who attended the Mass and funeral and sent Mass and sympathy cards.

Special thanks to the staff of St Michael’s Ward (Anna Gaynor Unit, Harold’s Cross Hospice), catering staff, care assistants, nurses and doctors, O.T. and Physiotherapy team, chaplains and volunteers, all those who cared for Owen with skill and compassion in his final year.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
