Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

On his first anniversary Pat's wife Deirdre, daughters Sinead (Hayes), Lisa (Cotter) and son Brian would like to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved throughout Pats journey and the love and support we’ve received since his passing. We appreciate the care and dedication of Dr Shane Murphy, Dr Emer, Dr Liz and Meabh in Padua surgery, Mr. Diaz, Catherine, Marie, Margaret and all the team in South Infirmary, Professor Seamus O’Reilly and his oncology team, Dr. O’Connor, CUH, the radiology team in Glandore, CUH;  Dr. Lyons, Dr. Faisal, Karen, Mark, Niamh. all the nurses and staff, especially Una in the canteen who always looked after Pat. We also appreciate the help from Marymount Palitive care team and the exceptional care he received from all the staff in GB, CUH throughout his final days. Mass has been offered for all your intentions. 

Pats First Anniversary Mass will be offered on Wednesday July 10th, 9.30am at Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehys Cross, Cork. 

If our love alone could have saved him, he’d have lived forever…
