The family of Pat Lysaght, Miltown Malbay, County Clare who passed away on 31st October 2025, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent loss.

Thank you to the extended family, friends and neighbours, and to those who attended Pats funeral and supported us in any way at this time.

Our sincere thanks to the community palliative care team at Milford Hospice, especially Eileen and Deirdre.

A special thanks to Bríd Murray for everything she did for Pat over the last number of years, and particularly in his last few hours.

We are deeply grateful to Mary, Willie and Niamh in the West Clare Cancer Centre who were so good to Pat over the years.

We would like to extend our thanks to Pat's doctors and nurses, both at the GP's Surgery and the Oncology Unit in University Hospital Limerick.

Thank you to Nathan, who gave a beautiful and fitting eulogy at Pats funeral service.

Sincere thanks to Patrick and Anne Queally at Queally's Funeral Directors for their care and compassion at every stage.

Pat (Dad) will be deeply missed and always remembered.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Pat's ashed were laid to rest with his son PJ in Ballard Road Cemetary, Miltown Malbay on Saturday 29th November.
