Ursula, Alan, George & David and Pat’s brothers George, Martin & Brian would like to acknowledge the expression of sympathy and kindness shown to us on our sad loss.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited Pat, sent letters and cards, brought him out for meals and mystery tours, as it brought him great comfort. Many thanks to those who sent food, flowers and gifts over that time.

While the restrictions of the time did not allow for gathering of family and friends to celebrate Pat’s life as we would have liked, we very much appreciate the many ways you found to express your love and respect for Pat, as well as your sympathy and support for us all.

Thank you to Cannon Bertie and Fr O’Driscoll for celebrating a beautiful funeral mass and to all of those who formed a guard of honour to accompany him on his last journey.

Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and carers who assisted and cared for Pat in CUH, ARC House and especially Marymount Hospice. 

Thank you also to Crowley’s funeral home for their help and professionalism.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
