Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

In loving memory of Patricia (Pat) O’Leary, Model Farm Road, Cork

As we remember Patricia on her first Anniversary, her son Michael, daughters Helen and Yvonne and extended family wish to acknowledge the support and kindness shown to us during our difficult time.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent cards and messages of condolences,  we are truly grateful.

To everyone who cared for Patricia including Dr. Lorraine Dennis and staff at the Curraheen Clinic, Prof. Sheehan and team at the South Infirmary, the staff at the Glandore Centre CUH and Marymount Hospice, we appreciate all the care you gave to Patricia.

We would like to thank Fr. Donal Cotter and all those who helped make the mass so special for us.

To Jerh. O'Connor Funeral Directors, thank you for your professionalism, advice and support at such a difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

 

We think of things you used to say, and all that you would do.

At some point, every single day, our thoughts will turn to you.

No matter how life changes, no matter what we do,

A special place within our hearts is always kept for you.

 

Patricia’s First Anniversary Mass will take place on Sunday, 21st September at 11.00am in Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy's Cross
