ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and FIRST ANNIVERSARY of Patrick Brereton

Who died on the 29th or March 2024

 

As we lovingly remember Patrick, on his first anniversary we, his wife Christine and children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, and extended family, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who supported us throughout the past year and for the many expressions of sympathy following his passing.


We extend our sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at St Oliver’s Rehabilitation Clinic, St Finbar's Hospital for the compassion and care they provided to Patrick, especially in his final days.

We would like to express a special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Parklands Surgery for their help and kindness over the years.


We would also like to extend our thanks to O’Connor Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge for their compassionate guidance and professionalism. Our deepest gratitude goes to Fr. Cian, Michelle Fitzgerald and all who contributed to the beautiful funeral Mass in celebration of his life.Thanks to the staff at Silversprings Hotel for their hospitality and compassion shown at his funeral reception.We are truly grateful to all who attended the funeral prayer service, Mass and burial and to everyone who travelled to be with us during this sad time. We also thank those who sent mass cards, and messages of sympathy
As it would be impossible to mention everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation. 

 

Mass will be offered for all your intentions as an expression of our deepest gratitude at 6pm mass, St Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny, on Saturday 29th of March, 2025
