Pat’s wife Adrienne, and the extended family, would like to express our deepest appreciation and thanks to everybody who sympathised with us following the death of our beloved Pat on April 23rd, 2020.

While Covid restrictions of the time did not afford everybody the opportunity to pay their respects in person, we are so grateful to everyone from home and abroad who sent messages of condolence, flowers, letters, Mass cards and who supported us in every way possible, thank you.  

The heartfelt words and sentiments written and spoken about Pat are testament to the truly inspiring man that he was.  Pat gave us so much to remember, he lived well and laughted often, and was a friend to many.

Sincere thanks to all those who cared for Pat at the Mater Private and CUH, and most especially to the staff at the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital and to GP Dr Pat Lee. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care, kindness and respect you always showed Pat.

Thank you to everybody at Crowley’s funeral home for your professionalism, guidance and support, to Father Kamil Bachara for saying Pat’s funeral Mass and to those who tended the grave.

To family, friends and neighbours, for the wonderful support, kindness and friendship you have shown, thank you most sincerely.

As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere thanks. The holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
