Acknowledgement & 1st Anniversary
On his 100th year 11/05/1924 to 05/04/2024
As we lovingly remember Patrick (Patsy) O’Shea on his first Anniversary, his wife Maureen, daughters Sheila, Bernie, Elizabeth and his son Patrick, sons in law, daughter in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & extended family would like to thank all who travelled to sympathise with us, for all the mass cards and online condolences your kind gestures were greatly appreciated. We would like to thank our wonderful and kind neighbour Eileen for all the care she gave to Dad. To Dr Attila Adamik and all his staff, to Mervyn and all the staff of Waterville Pharmacy, the home help and night carers. To Stephanie and all the nurses and staff at Valentia Comunity Hospital for all the care they gave to dad. We would also like to thank Dr Sheehan and the staff at the Palliative Care Unit in UHK. To our neighbours and all those who brought food and refreshments to the house and to all those who lined the roads on his final journey, to Fr Patsy for the lovely mass, Margaret the sacristan, Celine & Richie for their lovely singing. Thanks to Ger and Deirdre Curran for their help, the gravediggers, to the Beagle club for the guard of honour, to Kieran Sugrue who blew the bugle at the graveside & the road stewards & to Daly’s funeral home and Graham of Gleasure’s, the Glen Community Centre, the Ring of Kerry Hotel for the food.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude.

Patsy’s anniversary mass will be celebrated in the Sacred Heart Church in the Glen on Saturday the 5th of April 2025 at 12 noon.
