First anniversary of our Dear Grandad,

Every time I look at the stars 

I know that's where you'll be 

Shining like you always do 

And watching over me

Although the pain I'm feeling 

Is with me everyday

The love you left inside my heart 

Will never go away 

Life goes on without you

But it will never be the same 

And if I had my time once more 

I'd do it all again 

So when my day are darkest 

And I just can't see the light 

I'll look up at the brightest star 

And you'll be shining bright 

Forever loved and forever missed
