McCarthy, Patrick (Paddy), Tervoe, Clarina, Co. Limerick who passed away peacefully on the 5th May 2023.

As we Paddy's family lovingly remember him, we wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who supported us throughout the past year.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us, sent messages of condolences and mass cards. A special thanks to those who travelled long distances on both days and those who joined us online for the funeral mass. Thank you for supporting Milford Hospice and Cancer Research in Paddy's memory.

Many thanks to all the staff in Milford Hospice and Milford Day Care Centre who cared for Paddy during his illness. To John Hannon, his carer and to Dr Leonard and Dr Byrnes in UHG. A special mention to the staff in Clarina Pharmacy, and to Dr James Moloney and staff in Clarina Medical Centre.

A special word of gratitude to Fr Mike Cussen who walked with us throughout paddy's long illness and to the clergy present at the funeral and concelebrated mass with Fr. Mike. To the sacristan and to those who participated in the Liturgy, to Rosaleen and the Ballybrown choir for the lovely music and singing, we appreciate your contribution greatly. 

The family wish to acknowledge the kindness of the Ballybrown GAA Club, to the senior and juvenile teams for their guard of honour. Thank you for the use of the club facilities and to the bar staff. We are overwhelmed by the huge turnout for Paddy and are so grateful to the community alert team for traffic management control. To the grave diggers and to John Thompson for his guidance and professionalism. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope you accept this acknowledgement as an appreciation of your support.
