We the family of the late Paddy Ward (who passed on the 16 th May 2024) wish
to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us during this
difficult time. Your prayers, kind words and gestures of sympathy have brought
us immense comfort and strength as we try to overcome Paddy’s passing.
A special thank you to all the Staff in the Mater Hospital for their care and
attention of Paddy in his final days.

We are truly thankful to all who visited our home, attended the Funeral Mass
and burial, and especially those who travelled long distances to be with us.
Thank you also to those who sent floral tributes, Mass cards, letters, and
messages, shared cherished memories and kind words online, or joined us in
spirit via the webcam.

To all our relatives, friends and neighbours for your help, support and
refreshments.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Richard for his guidance and for
celebrating the Requiem Mass in such a meaningful way and travelling with us
to Donaghmoyne for the burial.

To the soloist and musicians, for the beautiful singing and music during the
Mass.
