Patrick’s wife Maria, and daughters, Aifric, Camille and Sorcha and all their families would like to sincerely thank all of those who sympathised with us and supported us following the recent loss of our much-loved husband, father and grandfather.

We would like to express our appreciation and offer our heartfelt thanks to all our extended family, neighbours, friends, all who travelled, all who sent Mass cards, all who called to our home and attended the funeral Mass and burial.

In particular, we would like to express our deep appreciation to the paramedics, community responders, GP and Gardaí who assisted on the day of his passing. We will be forever grateful for all the care and dignity given to Patrick.

Thank you to Fr Diarmuid Hogan in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore, for making the process seamless on the days leading up to the funeral Mass and for all the blessings and prayers and for the lovely words throughout. To all the Musicians, Peter Eades, Frank Kilkelly, Tony Norton, Drazen Derek, Pat Coldrick, Oleg Ponomarev, Eddie Lee and Aonghus Macanally, who made the funeral Mass a beautiful celebration, bringing what Patrick loved most to life, Music.

Thank you to Corless Undertakers, Oranmore, especially to Michael Keogh for the support and services provided.

Thank you to the Oranmore Lodge Hotel for the refreshments and meals provided after the funeral. Thank you to the gravediggers in Rinville East Cemetery.

It is simply not possible to thank each person individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and thanks to all who have supported us through this difficult time.

Due to the expected arrival of two new grandchildren we will not be holding a Month’s Mind’s Mass in Oranmore but ask you to think of Patrick in your prayers on the 7th of February 2020.
