Ursula (Weymes) and the extended Kirwan family would like to thank sincerely all those who 
sympathised with us on the recent death of Patrick (Pat) on 19th February 2021. 

Our deepest appreciation is expressed to the Dublin Fire Brigade Crew and the Medical Staff at 
Tallaght Hospital for their care and kindness to Pat. 

We offer a special word of thanks to the staff of Our Lady’s Children Hospital Crumlin, and of The 
Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine who sent messages of condolence and Mass Cards. 
We appreciate the support of our family and friends who joined us on line for the funeral Mass. Your 
kind words and prayers were a great comfort at what was a challenging time for our family.

Many thanks to Father O’Neill for celebrating a beautiful meaningful Mass and to Mary Wisely, 
Georgina Ireland and Liam Brennan for providing the music and singing. We would like to also thank Maher Undertakers for their professional handling of all the arrangements.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of 
our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions,
