We remember Pat with love on his First Anniversary which occurs 31st May. His wife Catherine, son Matthew, daughter-in-law Clare, grandsons Gearóid, Rían & Teidí, sisters Jacqueline & Tracy & his extended family wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each & every person who provided comfort & support to us in our great loss.

We greatly appreciate all the letters, telephone calls, Mass cards & messages of condolence & all those who travelled to the removal & funeral Mass. To Pat's former colleagues & many friends from Erinville Hospital & Cork University Maternity Hospital thank you for your presence.

Thank you to Dr. Dearbhaile Collins, her team & all the wonderful nurses & doctors in Cork University Hospital for the fantastic care provided to Pat. A special word of thanks also to Dr. Shane Murphy & all the staff of Padua Clinic for the support and guidance provided to Pat.

Sincere thanks to Fr. John & Fr. Donal McIIraith for concelebrating Pat’s funeral Mass. It was a lovely celebration of Pat’s life.
