The family of the late Patsy Carroll, St. Josephs Terrace, Mell, Drogheda who passed away peacefully on 12th February in Sunhill Nursing Home would like to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us on our sad loss. We greatly appreciate all the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, flowers and condolences on rip.ie. Our sincere thanks to the Staff of Sunhill Nursing Home, Termonfeckin for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Patsy. Thank you to Fr. John McAlinden for such a lovely Mass and to Gerry Mulroy for the beautiful music. Thank you to all those who joined us in person or via the live streamed Mass, to pay tribute to Patsy.
A sincere thank you to Louth GAA and to the Oliver Plunketts GAA Club for providing a Guard of Honour and carrying Patsy to his final resting place. We were truly overwhelmed. Thank you also to Forever Flowers and to the County Louth Golf Club, who provided us with refreshments after the Funeral.
Thank you to P. Townley & Sons, Funeral Directors for their guidance and support. Patsy will be deeply and sadly missed and will always be remembered.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Patsy’s Months Mind Mass will take place on Saturday 23rd March at 7 o’clock in Our Lady of Lourdes Church and can be viewed live on www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie
