Paul's mum Marie, children Eoghan and Niamh, brother Greg, sisters Valerie and Jennifer and his nieces and nephews would like to thank our family, friends and neighbours who offered support and shared lovely memories of Paul, which gave us great comfort during this difficult time. We would like thank Assumpta, all of Paul's friends, especially Fiona and the great Chernobyl Cause who were so supportive of Paul during his illness. A special thank you to Dr. Derek Power and his oncology team at the MUH. Thanks to the Marymount palliative home care nurses for their kindness and support, his GP Dr. Brendan O' Regan and his staff and to all of the girls at O' Sullivan's Pharmacy, Douglas Road. Thank you to Canon Jim O' Donovan for celebrating Paul's Funeral mass. Forde's Funeral Home for their empathy and professionalism. While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation. A Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
