Third Anniversary

Remembering a wonderful Dad and Grandad, Paul O’Toole, whose Third Anniversary occurs on Thursday, 3 April 2025.

 

Words cannot describe the heartache I felt,
Saying goodbye to you,
But God chose to give you wings,
And to Heaven, you flew.

I wish we could have had more time,
That God had let you stay.
Forever would not be long enough,
But I would take one day.

I wish I had just one more chance
To see your tender smile,
To laugh with you again, Dad,
Just for a little while.

Gone too soon, but not forgotten,
Forever you will remain,
My guiding light, my shining star,
Until I see you again.

Forever remembered, forever loved,
A Grandad whose heart now rests above.
In my memory, your spirit thrives,
A beacon of love that never dies.

You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure Dad
