Mary, Ann, Frankie and their families wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who sympathised with them on the recent sad loss of their beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Pearl.
Sincere thanks to all who phoned, sent cards and had Masses offered, visited, brought food and travelled long distances to support us during this time.
To all who attended the Funeral Mass and burial and those who generously donated to Wicklow Hospice.
We greatly appreciate the support from friends and colleagues in Kildare and Wicklow Educational and Training Board and the Public Health Nursing Service.
We wish to express our thanks for the kindness, care and support from Drs Joe and Catríona, staff at Westmount Clinic, the Community Intervention and Palliative Care teams and Daffodil Nurse, Pat; Margaret, Ellen, Jenny, Pamela and Bronwyn all of whom allowed us to fulfil Granny’s wishes to be cared for at home.
Thanks also to Fergal and staff of O’Dwyer’s Pharmacy for their help over the years. A special thanks to Fr. Donal for his regular visits which she looked forward to, and to the Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist who visited on Sundays.
To Bríd and Úna for the beautiful music at her Funeral Mass and to Fr. Matt Brennan for concelebrating Holy Mass with Fr. Donal. Thanks to Niamh and Ned of Sweeney Undertakers for their kind and professional assistance.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
