Peter (Peadar) LAWLESS

 Peter (Peadar) LAWLESS

Kilcroney, Readypenny, Dundalk, Louth

Peadar’s family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. Thanks to all who visited the family home, attended the removal, Funeral Mass and burial, telephoned, brought Mass Cards, sympathy cards, sent letters of sympathy, posted condolences online, sent floral tributes or made donations in Peadar’s memory.

Sincere thanks to our neighbours and family friends who brought gifts and food to the wake and worked so hard serving tea and sandwiches and to those who helped with traffic throughout the wake and funeral. Special thanks to the Home Instead carers who brought dedication and comfort to Peadar on their many visits.

A word of gratitude to the paramedics and Gardai for their sensitivity on the day of Peadar’s passing. Our appreciation to Glyde Rangers GFC for their attendance and for providing a guard of honour to the Church and after Mass to the cemetery.

Thank you to Fr. Paul Montague for his attention to us, his visits and for celebrating a beautiful Mass, to Fr. Gerry Campbell for his attendance and prayer and to Ruth Kelly and David Leddy who provided the beautiful Music at the Funeral Mass. We offer our thanks to the sacristan for preparing the Church and to the gravediggers for preparing Peadar’s resting place. Our sincere thanks to Quinn’s Funeral Directors for their understanding and the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

Peadar’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 13th, in Ss. Peter and Paul’s Church, Tallanstown at 7.30pm.
