PHIL (PHILIP) MAGEE

 PHIL (PHILIP) MAGEE

Inniskeen, Monaghan

The family of the late Phil Magee, Drumass, Inniskeen, who passed away peacefully on July 11th 2023, would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with us on our great loss.

We offer our deepest gratitude to the community, neighbours, relatives and friends for their condolences and incredible support, for being there for us, helping and supporting us during the wake and to those who brought food and refreshments, who made endless cups of tea and assisted with traffic management. We appreciate your time and generosity.

To those who attended the wake, Funeral Mass, burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who phoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to those who helped care for Phil in recent years and enabled us to care for him in his own home.

We would like a special mention to Fr Martin Traynor for his regular visits and for the fitting funeral Mass assisted by Fr. Jeremiah. We would also like to thank the members of Inniskeen Grattans GFC for their Guard of Honour, in the rain.

The shared memories from all of you at the wake, Funeral Mass and words of condolence meant a great deal to us all. It is gratifying to know how well Phil was regarded in the community and beyond.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Month's Mind Mass for Phil will be held on Friday, August 18th 2023, at 8pm in Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen and can be live-stream viewed at
