The family of the late Philomena (Phyllis) Costigan, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Cabra, Dublin 7, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. 

Those who sent mass cards, everlasting gifts, sympathy cards, condolences and donations.  Those who attended the funeral mass and burial.  To Phyllis’ very kind neighbours in Lucan, past and present, her many friends and relatives, the doctors and nurses at Connolly Hospital, St. James’ Hospital and Beaumont Hospital for their care of Phyllis and Cunninghams Funeral Home for their very professional handling of arrangements.
