Gary, Rosemary, family and extended family, wish to acknowledge the expressions of sympathy shown to us following Phyllis’ passing (22/10/2020).

We offer our sincere and heartfelt thanks to her friends and neighbours; and the HSE medical team of consultants, doctors, nurses, social carers and staff at University Hospital Waterford.

A special word of thanks to the Very Rev. Odhran Furlong and all who participated in the Mass, especially the musician and readers, Michelle, Ross and Karina.

We wish to acknowledge Róisín’s involvement in dealing with a lot of the responsibilities before and after the funeral. We were very grateful to her for this.

We would also like to offer a special thanks to Mr Billy Crosbie and Crosbie’s Funeral Directors, Enniscorthy for their heart-warming, sensitive and very professional handling of arrangements, which included Phyllis’ Cremation at St. Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.

Phyllis has been laid to rest in the (Sycamore) Columbarium Wall, Dean’s Grange Cemetery, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. We took her on a journey beforehand, to the place she loved so much, Dalkey; where she was born and lived for a large part of her life.

She will be sadly missed.
