Second Anniversary

In loving memory of my Mam whose second anniversary occurs on 11th April.

I often lie awake at night, when the world is fast asleep

And take a trip down memory lane and tears roll down my cheeks

I think of things you used to say and things that you would do,

Nothings ever been the same Mam since the day that I lost you

remembering you is easy I do it every day, missing you is the heartache that never goes away

if I could have one wish Mam, one wish that would come true

The only thing I'd wish for is yesterday and you

Remembering our beautiful Nana on her second anniversary 

We lost a nana with a heart of gold, how much we miss her can never be told, she shared our troubles and helped us along, if we follow in your footsteps we will never go wrong 

we miss you from your fireside chair, your loving smile and gentle air, your vacant place no one can fill, we miss you Nana and always will ❤️
