Third Anniversary

Loving memories of our dear Nan Rita who left this world on the 11th of October.

We miss you, Nan, so very much,

We miss our times together.

We wish we could have you here with us,

You held our hands when we were small,

You helped to guide our way.

What we would give for one more hug,

Or just for one more day.

But heaven needed an angel,

And so they decided on you.

God has given you your halo and wings

And now it's time you flew.

You brought such joy and happiness,

Your smile never ceased to shine.

You'll stay in every heart you touched,

But most of all in ours.

Your kindness and love were so special,

And your heart so pure and true.

You made the world a better place

Just by being you.

We miss you Nan, so dearly,

We wish you were here with us.

To help to guide us through the years,

To be the people we want to be.

Words cannot describe the loss we feel,

Having to say this last goodbye.

Not to have you here with us,

To wipe the tears from our eyes.

But you'll never be forgotten,

In our hearts you'll always be.

And until we meet again, Nan,

We will keep your memory safe with us.
