We the family of Robert wishes to express our sincere thanks to acknowledge the kindness and thoughtfulness shown to us following the very sad and sudden loss of Robert. Our gratitude extends to all our family, friends and neighbours who called to our homes with their kind gestures, telephoned, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences. Your kindness and support will always be remembered.

Robert so sadly died following a cardiac arrest on return to Dublin for work on the 17th May. We wish to express our gratitude to the passer by who contacted the emergency service in Patrick Street Dublin and the emergency service that performed CPR before bringing Robert to St. James' hospital but regrettably throughout all their great efforts Robert passed away.

For his dignified and sensitive approach to every request, we are so very grateful to JP Clarke Funeral Directors and those who prepared the grave. We greatly appreciate the professionalism of Rev Peter for the burial service he delivered. Thank you also to all the people who attended the graveside and stood along the road.

Please accept this personal acknowledgement of gratitude.

no time to say goodbye.

You were gone before we knew it

and only God knows why.
