As we lovingly remember Rose, whose first anniversary occurs on 13th March 2024, her husband Seán, children Rick, Órla and Seán C, daughter-in-law Eimear, Seán C’s partner Ann Marie, adored grandchildren Tiarna and Senan and extended family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and sincere thanks to all who supported us this past year. Thank you to those who attended the Funeral Ceremonies, sent mass cards, messages of condolences, and expressed sympathy on RIP.  The number of family, friends and neighbours that came to pay their respects gave us great comfort.

It meant so much to have Rose repose at home and that would not have been possible without the incredible support of our many wonderful neighbours, friends and family who assisted with traffic management, brought food and refreshments, and provided hospitality at our home.

A special word of thanks to the emergency services and CUH staff who showed great care to Rose. We would like to pay tribute to the staff of the Dialysis Ward in CUH, Woodview Family Doctors and Wallace’s Pharmacy for their kindness and care.

Thank you to Fr. Pat Fogarty who was a source of enormous support and consolation to us during this sad time. Thank you to all the family and friends who participated in the mass. To Jerh O'Connor & Sons undertakers, gravediggers, sacristan, and musicians we offer our thanks.

Deepest thanks to our wonderful neighbours and Rose’s closest friends for their unending friendship. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Rose’s first Anniversary Mass will be held on Sunday, 10th March 2024, in St. Michael’s Church, Upper Glanmire at 9.30am.
