We, the family of the late Sadie Hussey, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. We would especially like to thank our extended family, friends, neighbours and everyone who helped with the wake and funeral arrangements. Thank you to everyone who attended and travelled long distances to the wake and funeral (in person and online), sent mass and sympathy cards, brought food, flowers, telephoned and sent messages. Special thanks to JD Cafe Enniskillen, Custom House Belcoo, Tullymill Florencecourt, 28 at the Hollow Enniskillen, Lilleys Centra and The Jolly Sandwich Bar Enniskillen. Your kindness to our family has been such a blessing at this sad time.
We are sincerely and eternally grateful to Fr Cathal Deery (Parish Priest Botha Parish) for the comfort and guidance he provided us as a family and sincere thanks to Bishop Michael Router and Fr Maurice McMorrow for assisting at Sadie’s mass of the Angels. To Fr Gabriel Kelly and Fr Gerry Comiskey for attending. Many thanks to the Sacristan Mary Carroll. A special thank you to Sheena (Rasdale) Dolan for the most beautiful music and to all those who participated in the liturgy. Thanks also to the pupils and staff of Killyhommon Primary School Boho, St Patrick’s Primary School Derrygonnelly, Holy Trinity Primary School Enniskillen, St Michael’s College Enniskillen, Cill Náile - Kinawley Brian Borus GAA and Derrygonnelly Harps GAA clubs, who all provided a guard of honour. To the friends and neighbours who lined the route of Sadie’s funeral cortège.
Our heartfelt thanks to all the healthcare providers and professionals who cared for Sadie including Dr Patricia O’Hare, Nurses and all the team from Royal Victoria Hospital for sick children in Belfast. City Hospital Belfast. Doctors, nurses and all the staff at Cuilcagh Medical Practice and South West Acute Hospital Enniskillen, including the Children's Community Nursing team. Sincere thanks to John McKeegan, Dessie McKenzie, Len Carberry and Ian Johnston for the professional and dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements. Thank you to those who prepared Sadie’s final resting place.
Thanks to all the volunteers from Cill Náile - Kinawley Brian Borus GAA and Derrygonnelly Harps GAA clubs as well as extended family, friends and neighbours who supplied, drove vehicles for the shuttle service, and helped with traffic control during the wake and on the day of the funeral. Thanks to Return To Play Sports Medicine for providing extra parking facilities for Sadie's funeral. We also wish to thank the Boho Community Association, all the volunteers and John Roche of Tullymill Restaurant who kindly provided food after the funeral.
Special thank you to anyone who donated to the Children’s Cancer Fund Charity in lieu of flowers.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere heartfelt thanks of gratitude to all who helped in any way. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
