Today we remember our beautiful girl Sarah, an amazing daughter and a very special sister. You filled our lives with so much love and happiness. Time does not heal it makes us yearn you even more.

We would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the Emergency Department Cork University Hospital who tried their utmost best to keep our baby girl alive. To our wonderful families for the love and support they have shown and given us. For everyone that had called with flowers, food and beautiful mass cards and still continue to call with so much love and kindness. To the GP’s, nurses and Maria at Mayfield Family Practice for always being so attentive and kind to Sarah. For Glenheights Pharmacy for always being an amazing group of people. Thank you to Enable Ireland's wonderful staff for the care and dedication you had given Sarah and to all her remarkable friends, l know you all loved her very much. My wonderful colleagues and friends of Ard Dara in Cope foundation who have been out of this world with support love and kindness. To Emma’s friends from College and Colleagues at Saleen Primary school for being exceptional with their support and kindness. For Brian Dillon’s girls camogie club for their special guard of honour for Sarah. An outstanding man Joe Coughlan and his staff for their support and kindness through the most horrific time of our lives. Fr. Charlie Kiely who has a special connection to Kinsale, close to our hearts, for his guidance and the beautiful funeral mass. As we cannot thank everyone individually, a Mass will be offered up for you and our beautiful Sarah.

And finally an enormous thank you to Sarah for being our loving beautiful and bubbly daughter and sister. You graced us every day with your beaming smile, your hearty laugh. You touched the lives of everyone you met, you were our whole world. It is a privilege and honour to be known as your mum, ‘till I hold you in my arms again. Love you forever and always, your heartbroken mum, step-dad and sister.
