The family of the late Sarahjane McGowan, Hillview, Drogheda who sadly passed away far too young on 27th of January would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all her many friends for their expressions of sympathy and many gestures shown to us on our sad loss.

We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, mass cards, letters, flowers and condolences on Rip.ie.

Our sincere thanks go to the Paramedics and hospital staff that did all they possibly could to save Sarahjane.

Thank you to Father John in Saint Marys for the lovely Mass and genuine empathy and understanding of Sarahjanes personality and the impact that her death it will have on everyone.

Thank to David Leddy, Helen Hutchinson and Eleanor Buckley for the lovely music on the day.

 We’d like to thank P. Townley and Sons for their professional and dignified approach.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who came out to show their respect along the route also the guard of honour by Crossfit, Louth at the Church and from the Sacred heart School pupils where Sarahjane attended. Thank you also to the Management and Staff of the Glenside Hotel and to the neighbours and Sarahjanes many friends who supported us, by joining us in person or via the live stream Mass, to pay tribute to Sarahjane.

Sarahjane will be deeply and sadly missed and will always be remembered. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The holy sacrifice of mass will be offered for your intentions.

Sarahjanes’ Month’s Mind Mass will be held on Sunday 26th February at 12noon in Saint Mary's Church, Drogheda.
