Seán Murphy, who passed away on the 25th of June 2025.

Seán’s sons Ian, David and Kieran, daughters Therese and Sinéad, son in law Luis, grandchildren Jess, Alan, Jordan, Joe, Shauna, Lauren, Abbi, Cian and Jack, great grandchildren David and Scott, sister Peggy, and brother in law Frank, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss.  We thank all those who attended the reposing, Mass and burial, especially those who travelled long distances to be with us.  Thanks to all who sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy and donations to Milford Hospice in Limerick.  We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Damian, Caolifhionn and Deirdre for the church music, it was a lovely tribute to Sean.  We also appreciate the guard of honour by the members of Probus.  Our sincere gratitude to Dr. Michael Lucey and Katriona from Milford Hospice Limerick, the team from Comfort Keepers and his GP, Dr. Finbar Fitzpatrick.  Your kindness and wonderful care of Sean will never be forgotten by our family.  To Daniel Kennedy undertaker, we thank you for your guidance and professionalism throughout.  To the grave diggers who prepared Sean’s final resting place in Drumcliffe, Ennis.  No words can express our gratitude to our neighbours, friends and relatives, we will always remember their unending kindness and generosity to Seán and our entire family, we are eternally grateful and you will always be in our hearts.  Finally, thanks to the Old Ground Hotel for a lovely meal and to everyone who brought food to our home in Seán’s final days.  As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Seán’s Month's Mind Mass and Noreen’s 13th Anniversary Mass will be offered on Saturday the 26th of July at 6:30 p.m. in St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral, Ennis.
