Seán’s family wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and sympathised with us on the loss of Seán.

A special thanks to everyone who phoned, called to his home, who travelled long distance to be with us,  brought food, sent mass cards, posted condolences online, visited the funeral home and attended the mass.  To Margaret and Mary who said the rosary.  Those who donated to Madra.  It meant a great deal to us.

Thank you to the doctors and nurses on St Patrick’s Ward in U.C.H.G, to the local nurses and the Pallative Care team.  To Michael Casey and all the staff in Carna Medical Center who cared for Seán for years, to his home help Baba for all she did for him, we will be forever grateful. 

Special thanks to all those who stood out on the side of the road while Seán made his final journey home and to the Staff in Radio na Gaeltachta who formed a guard of honour it meant a lot to us.

Thank you to Anna's mother, sisters and their families for helping us to get everything done at this sad time. 

A heartfelt thanks to Fr. Daniel Gallagher for his help and guidance and for celebrating Seán’s funeral mass.  Special thanks to Traolach, Máire Pheter and the musicians for the beautiful singing and music.  To those who assisted with traffic control/parking thank you.  A special thanks to Seán’s friends who prepared his final resting place.  

It is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement  as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Seán's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 25th November, at 7.30pm in Seipéal Cill Treasa in Rossaveal.
