We, the family of Seán Lennon, extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their support, love, and condolences during this difficult time. Your presence, kind words, and gestures of sympathy have provided us with comfort and strength as we mourn the loss of our beloved Seán.
We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support from friends, relatives, neighbours, and colleagues. Your thoughtfulness and generosity touched our hearts and eased our burden in immeasurable ways.
We extend our sincerest appreciation to those who attended the funeral service, sent flowers, cards, messages, and letters in honour of Seán. Your gestures of remembrance are a testament to the impact he had on all who knew him.
We are especially thankful to the medical personnel who assisted in the care of Seán. These include and are not limited to, Dr David Doran at Avenue GP in Carrickmacross, and the nurses in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, particularly those in ICU who cared for Seán in his final days. Their guidance and compassion provided us with comfort and reassurance.
Our heartfelt thanks to Catriona and Padraig at Lonergan Funeral Directors, for taking care of Seán so respectfully and guiding us through the most difficult of days. You make such a sad situation a little better with your professionalism, unbelievable kindness and personal touches.
Thank you to Fr. Kevin Connolly for celebrating such a thoughtful Mass, which really reflected Seán as a person. We would also like to extend our thanks to all who participated in the funeral mass, Barry Hughes for the beautiful music, the sacristan, the Eucharistic ministers, and the grave diggers who prepared Seán's final place of rest in Killanny.
Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, sympathy, and love during this difficult period of grieving. Your kindness will forever be remembered and cherished.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
No matter how life changes,
No matter what we do,
A special place within our hearts,
Will always be kept for you.
Seán's Months Mind Mass will be held on Saturday, 13th April, at 11am in St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross.
