FIRST ANNIVERSARY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Remembering with love, Sean, on his
First Anniversary.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all our friends, family and kind neighbours who helped and sympathised with us during such a difficult time. Thank you to all those who travelled to attend Sean’s funeral and removal, to Father Jim for the mass and his old teammates at Éire Óg for the beautiful guard of honour.

A special thanks to Dr Collins and her team in CUH, Dr Kelly and his team in the Bons, The CUH DDU Staff, Sean’s carer Anne, the Ballincollig Community Nursing team and the wonderful team in Marymount.

Sean’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated
on Monday 11th March at 9.30am in the Church of Saint Mary and St Johns, Ballincollig.
