We, the family of the late Seanie Virgo, his wife Celia, daughters Gillian & Lisa, son Stephen, nine grandchildren; Katlyn, Christopher, Sean, Jack, Lily, Mia, Julia, Billy & Tommy, son-in-law David, Jean & Debbie, would like to extend the most heartfelt thanks for the kindness, generosity, support and sympathy given to us following our time of sadness & great loss

Thanks to our relatives friends & neighbours, we will forever be thankful for the support you have provided to us during our time of need, especially Seanies sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Catherine, Degy, John & Brenda. A special thanks to his lifelong friends, Michael Gater for travelling from Waterford to be by his side during his final hours, Pat Daly for officaiting the Rosary,  Damian Murphy for organising the guard of honour of hunting horns at the graveyard & Kieran Dennehy for all his ongoing help this past year. Sincere gratitude to all those who sent Mass & sympathy cards, flowers, thoughtful messages & everyone who expressed their sympathy online through RIP.ie. To all those who helped in any way you made our loss more bearable. 

Our eternal gratitude to the staff of the Mercy Hospital, especially Professor Vaughan, the ICU & Cardiac Ward for caring for Seanie with such dignity respect & kindness, we will be forever grateful. Thank you to O'Connors Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, for their professional services.  To Fr John for a lovely Mass & Dan Twomey for his great singing. The staff of Kilkully Cemetery, we thank you.

Thank you to all those who travelled near & far to our home to say there last goodbyes to Seanie. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. 

First Anniversary Mass will be held in The Church of the Resurrection, Farranree, on Saturday the 10th of December at  6.30pm, all welcome.

Over hills, fields & meadows,  where you often strayed. In the warm Ray's of sunshine, or the soft falling rain. In the beauty of nature, where you loved to be, happy and contented. We treasure the memories. So always stay beside us, it helps to know your there, thank you for the memories and the time we loved and shared.

Gone but never forgotten
