The family of the late Stephen Kelly who died on the 18th March 2024, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks for all of the support and kindness shown to us following the sudden passing of Stephen. We were deeply comforted by the overwhelming outpour of love and compassion from all who contacted us, sympathised with us, sent condolences, mass cards, made and delivered food, to all who shared memories and kind words of Stephen with us and to all who made donations in Stephen’s memory.
A special thanks to all the medical teams involved and to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust for their amazing and unwavering help during our most difficult time.
We are deeply grateful to Joe Grennan for his care, compassion, professionalism and attention to detail with the funeral and burial arrangements.
For all those who travelled to be with us over the funeral we thank you all and sincerely appreciate your presence. A heartfelt thank you to those who provided the beautiful music, which added so much to the service.
To everyone who helped in any way big or small your kindness did not go un-noticed. While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation.
Although we cannot see you
Your hand we cannot touch
Still, we have so many memories
Of the one we loved so much
Your memory is our keepsake
With which we’ll never part
God has you in his keeping
We have you in our hearts
Anniversary mass will be held on Sunday 16th March at 11:30am in St. Colmcille’s Church, Durrow.
